Ken has been actively involved in  the marketing, leasing and management of properties in the Wichita metropolitan area for the past 25 years.  His education background is in Accounting, Business Management and Real Estate.  He holds memberships in the Wichita Area Association of Realtors, Wichita Chamber of Commerce and he is an Affiliate Member of Wichita CCIM Chapter.  He was also instrumental in the formation of BOMA of Wichita in 1983 and served as their President in 1987.

Danielle oversees all accounting and financial aspects of TMC-managed properties.  She performs all daily financial operations as well as preparing month-end reporting and year-end reconciliations, cash projections and budgets.
